BikeCAD How To Forum

I'm having trouble getting any of the components to show up after selecting a part. Also, the text isn't working at all on the frame. Any Suggestions? I am using a PC and tried both the newest versions of Internet Explorer and also Safari to no avail. Thanks!!

How do I go about designing a full suspension bike in BikeCAD Free?
I have only been able to find Hardtail bikes to work from.

Hi, in the old BikeCAD (online version) I could print to pdf for nice clear image of the design.
Now when I try to print all I get is a 'BIKECAD' and some empty boxes on a white page.
Is there a way to print directly from the Java Applet? or have it included when I print?
I've tried it on Safari (when I can get the java to load!) and Firefox in Mac 10.7.1.

First time BikeCAD user, so be gentle...

I've loaded a design in from the archive. On entering the "primary dimensions" dialogue, changing the head angle and seat angle change the on screen geometry.

Changing the seat tube length or top tube length don't update the view.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I am trying to use BikeCAD but it does not start working. After selecting a base design in the Design Archive, and clicking on Open Model in BikeCAD, the BikeCAD loading screen appears. I see the Java in the system bar for a while then it disappears. The BikeCAD loading screen then disappears and there is nothing but a blank field.

I am using Firefox 6.0.1. I have NoScript running but I have allowed it to accept BikeCAD website. Help please, thanks.

Please provide an option to disable the animated bicycle background. It is taking up 37% of my computer's CPU and making the free applet slow. Thanks.

The site has been changed a bit since before summer - I cannot find a link for starting up BikeCAD any more?
What embarassingly obvious have I missed?
