When trying to save a design online in BikeCAD Free the action is unable to complete with the following error message showing up:
Problem log:
Date and Time :: Trouble exporting file
Date and Time :: java.io.IOException: Network error
Does anyone else also have this problem? For me, it persisted for a week now. I tried on Firefox and Chromium (about 10 times on multiple days). In a Forum entry from 2019 I saw that the problem needed to be resolved by an/the admin.
Saving online
I'm not sure how many attempts you have been making to save your models, but I see that 15 minutes prior to posting this question, you did successfully save a model and 8 minutes later you saved another model. I trust you can see these models in your account. Let me know if you can't.
Since we know that some models are getting saved, do you think there is anything different about the models that are not getting saved? It has always been my goal to ensure that BikeCAD can handle any combination of dimensions one might throw at it, but it is possible that there is some unaccounted for combination that may be problematic.
Let me know what you've observed. Hoping to get to the bottom of this soon.
